The Città di Cirié Refuge is located at 1850 meters above sea level, in the municipality of Balme (To), in the Pian della Mussa area. Equipped with 25 beds, it offers bar, restaurant, wine tasting and small hotel service.
The dining room can accommodate up to 80 seats; large and welcoming, it is equipped with a wood stove and fireplace to ensure a comfortable stay even in the cold winter months. In our well-stocked bar you can also taste our selection of wines while inside the room you will find a cozy relaxation area with books and games for the little ones.
The beds are distributed in welcoming rooms of different sizes, in order to satisfy different needs.
On the floor there are heated bathrooms with showers.
Access to the refuge varies depending on whether or not the stretch of road connecting Balme to Pian della Mussa (SP1) is closed.
From late spring and throughout the summer, vehicular traffic is permitted, while in the cold months the road is closed from the town of Balme.
The exact closing dates may undergo small changes, so inquire in advance with the manager.

The City of Cirié Refuge is run by two friends, a guide and an expert hotelier.
The idea of managing a refuge was born together with our friendship. With a passion for the mountains and all the activities related to it. With the desire to deeply experience the experience of life in our valleys and for our valleys. These are the premises that led us, first separately and then together, to make such an important choice. The idea is to combine the different experiences gained over years of activity in the sector, to offer hospitality and accompaniment in this wonderful area of our mountains.
