Within the portal you can search for shelters and chalets in the area of interest; using the filters you can specifically view only the pages of the structures you are looking for.
The pages of the refuges and chalets are complete with all the useful and necessary information for those interested in staying overnight; also on each page there are many images.
On each page you will find the "CONTACT" button: by clicking on it you communicate directly with the manager! For example, you can request information or check availability and book (without commissions!).
In addition to this, you can browse the portal and read all the useful information on itineraries, routes, events, e-bike excursions, activities and places to visit.
We are a Team of mountain and refuge enthusiasts who, as soon as they can, take refuge in the mountains. One day, walking in the woods, we decided to reconcile the passion for the mountains with our work and professional skills in the tourism sector, and from here, mountbnb, the Mountain Refuge Portal, started. From 2015 (year of birth of the Start-up) to 2022 mountbnb.com has collected more than 2,5 million accesses to the portal. In 2022, we achieved a daily average of 1300 visits. Who I am? Hikers from all over the world looking for shelters and chalets for their excursions or holidays. Many of these visits translate into bookings (without commissions!). And we are also increasingly "social", thanks to our fans!
For these reasons, several companies (including famous mountain clothing brands) have requested to sponsor us to have their logo on the portal. To date we are the ONLY refuge portal without any limit or border and which aims to reach refugees all over the world. We are in fact already present in: Italy, Switzerland, Austria, France, Germany, Slovenia, and also in Nepal, and currently at least one refuge a day becomes part of mountbnb.
