The refuge, from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the Dolomite mountains and the enchanting Val Padeon, is located at mt. 2235 and is located at 50 mt. from the arrival of the Rio Gere - Son Forca chairlift. It was built in 1955-56 and then expanded over the years by the Siorpaes family who still manage it today. In the absence of clouds it is kissed by the sun from morning to evening. It has a large solarium. The kitchen offers traditional mountain dishes offered with a self service in winter and table service in summer. It is a destination for hikers, cyclists, mountaineers, skiers and simple lovers of the landscape and our cocker Aaron is also welcoming them.

From Cortina - from the ring road past the bus station take the SR 48 towards the Tre Croci pass at km 129 park in Rio Gere where the Rio Gere - Son Forca min. 15.
From Auronzo - through the Tre Croci pass min. 35.
From Dobbiaco - towards Cortina, in Carbonin on the left, pass Misurina then at the intersection on the right towards the Tre Croci pass and descend to Rio Gere min. 40
By mountain bike:
From the Tre Croci pass: path no. 203 then at the pass on the right h 1.
From val Padeon: path n. 203 then at the pass to the left uphill 1.45 h - by chairlift
