The Solee Caterina holiday home in Madesimo is a third-floor attic apartment. The living room features a large 5x2.5 m arched window, which leads to a 7 m² larch wood terrace, equipped with a table and chairs. The view extends southwest, offering a splendid panorama of the San Sisto Valley and Pizzo Quadro. Spread over 55 m², it comprises two bedrooms (one double and one twin with the option of joining beds), sleeping four in total. The mezzanine features a queen-size bed. The living room also features a fireplace (underfloor heating). A larch wood terrace is accessible directly from the living room. Outside, a wooden table is located in a shared garden area. Shared outdoor parking is available in front of the building. A peaceful and romantic spot surrounded by nature, just a 15-minute walk from the center of Madesimo.
