Solee Caterina vacation home in Madesimo is an attic on the third floor with the living room façade characterized by a large arched window of size 5×2.5m, from which you can access the 7sqm larch wood terrace with a small table and chairs. The view extends to the south/west, offering a wonderful panorama towards the San Sisto valley and the Quadro lace. Arranged on an area of 55sqm, it consists of 2 rooms (1 Double + 1 Twin with the possibility of joining beds), for a total of 4 beds. On the loft there is an extra French bed. There is a fireplace in the living room as an additional heater (general underfloor heating). A larch wood terrace is accessible directly from the living room. Outside there is a wooden table in green area shared with other owners. Shared outdoor parking in front of the building. A quiet and romantic place surrounded by nature only 15 minutes walk from the center of Madesimo.
