Read everythingLocated in the municipality of Formia, in the south of Lazio between Rome and Naples. You can reach the Acquaviva refuge by car or on foot. By car you travel along an asphalt road which becomes dirt in the last two kilometres. You reach a large parking area 500 meters from the structure but you can also continue, passing a small, more challenging stretch, arriving a few meters from the structure. On foot, from Formia station you can follow the Antica via della Neve path which leads to the refuge in about 3 hours.
