The Rifugio Ten. Giuseppe Fabbro is located in the Razzo plateau, near the Ciampigotto saddle (1793 m above sea level) nestled between the Cadore and Carnia mountains.
Ideal base for short walks and excursions in the wonderful Dolomites along the paths and mountaineering routes.
Rifugio Fabbro is immersed in the typical high mountain landscape, among expanses of ferrugineous rhododendron, black and red blueberries and mountain pines.
In winter the plateau turns white and you can go for walks with snowshoes, venture out on mountaineering skis or you can ski in peace on the small downhill slope until late spring.
The refuge is located on the "high street of silences" itinerary, Cammino delle Dolomiti e delle Pievi.
From Cadore easily reachable by car through the municipality of Vigo di Cadore continuing along the SP 619 equally convenient from Carnia from Sauris and from Pesaris and Val Pesarina.
