My name is Pasang Sherpa from Nepal. My wife and I have just opened a brand new Trekking lodge (Thanka Inn) in the scenic Gokyo village in the Sagarmatha (Everest) National Park. It has fantastic views (see attached pictures) located right on the edge of the lake, neat warm rooms, and a hygienic restaurant. The building itself is very well insulated with double glassed windows and earthquake resistant structure. I also love Tibetan Art and have an art gallery attached to my Inn! In the future, I plan to conduct art classes for trekkers during their downtime after their treks. Please feel welcome to come and visit our homely Inn. A lot of effort has been put in to see my dream come true and there is a lot of attention to detail in our lodge to make the ambiance pleasing to guests.

In Total 16 Days will be fine. November to April that is Winter time might no possible Chola Pass. then you need to back Phorche vilage to Pongboche will be good option.
Most of company they used same aircraft and more reliable and famous is YETI AIRLINES.
This flight are depend on weather if weather is bad they will not fly thats why better at least 2 days before and after trek will be very good for you.
