Se desideri fare escursioni in zone incontaminate del Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso, questa è la tua pista! Il sentiero Duca degli Abruzzi collega il rifugio Guglielmo Jervis (Ceresole Reale, Val d'Orco) al rifugio Daviso (Forno Alpi Graie, Val Grande di Lanzo). È un viaggio di 7 ore fuori dai sentieri battuti. Alcune sezioni sono denominate "EE" (Escursionisti Esperti) e dovresti sentirti a tuo agio con il terreno di montagna e le altezze per seguire questa pista!

If you wish to hike in uncontaminated parts of the Gran Paradiso National Park, this is your trail! The Duca degli Abruzzi Trail links the Gugliemo Jervis hut (Ceresole Reale, Orco Valley) to the Daviso hut (Forno Alpi Graie, Val Grande di Lanzo). It is a 7 hours trek off the beaten path. Some sections are reated "EE" (Escursionisti Esperti) and you should be comfortable with mountain terrain and heights to follow this trail!

 

Da dove partire?

Questo sentiero parte dai rifugi alle due estremità ma ricorda che per arrivare a questi Rifugi dovrai fare anche una breve escursione! Per raggiungere il rifugio Jervis è necessario salire a 1:40 'da Ceresole Reale e raggiungere il rifugio Daviso, servono 3 ore da Forno Alpi Graie.

This trail starts at the huts on both ends but note that to get to these huts you'll have to do a short hike as well! To reach the Jervis hut you'll need to hike 1:40' from Ceresole Reale  and to reach the Daviso hut, 3:00 from Forno Alpi Graie.
