The refuge is located on the beautiful BRENTA DOLOMITES at 2261 mt. As a refuge it has rooms with 2/3/4 or 6 beds or dormitories with 14/20 beds. The services are external to the rooms and there are 4 on each floor. There are 2 floors. We always try to give a good service to all our guests, even out of season as we are ALWAYS OPEN. To stay with us it is necessary to be provided with a light sheet bag, as we provide fitted sheet and duvet in all seasons. Otherwise, the bed linen service is available for a fee. The hot and timed shower is coin operated at the price of € 5, for about 5 minutes.
Read everythingIn winter it can be reached by means of the lifts starting from GROSTE 'and then descending to the top of the lift on skis or descending with snowshoes in about 10 minutes, Alternatively, starting from the intermediate station climbing for about 30 minutes on foot with snowshoes. It can be reached in the same way also via the SPINALE lift taking it directly from the village of Madonna di Campiglio, even if you have to walk about 1.30 hours on foot. For the more sporty, it is also possible to reach us on ski mountaineering. In summer it can be reached with the same lifts, or from the spectacular Vallesinella waterfalls. It is the starting point of numerous walks to reach other suggestive shelters as well as departure for various via ferratas for expert or less experienced climbers.

The sporting master of the Alps, alpine skiing (or on the piste)! Generous, fun sport, it knows how to give the thrill of speed and freedom in the middle of a candid nature. The Grostè ski area is the real ski area to regenerate yourself to the sound of "descents": and don't forget the relaxation and joy that our solarium will convey to you.
The Graffer Refuge is the point of arrival but above all the starting point for excursions on foot along the equipped paths of the Brenta: trekking weeks are also organized for groups of hikers accompanied by an Alpine Guide. The classic excursions are listed below: some itineraries have been differentiated according to the hiking or mountaineering preparation of the participants.

There are numerous equipped paths of the Brenta, the so-called via ferrata! The breathtaking routes and the splendor of the peaks of the Brenta Group will test your audacity in overcoming difficult passages as well as your sensitivity in enjoying the romantic landscapes that the high routes of the group can offer.

The Graffer Refuge is a regular stop on one of the legendary Transalps, the transalpine mountain bike crossings which, on high mountain roads and paths, depart from nearby Austria with a destination in Riva del Garda. The Refuge is also a support point indicated by the legendary guide Traumturen Transalp by Ulrich Stanciu.
The ascent to the refuge from Madonna di Campiglio is quite challenging, a real climb towards the 2500 m of the Grostè pass!
