In 2016, the Stadl was rebuilt into today's aroma kingdom. Via stairs in the interior as well as a separate entrance in the outdoor area you reach the rooms in the attic.
Bathroom and toilets are both in the EC and in the DG. In addition, there is a barrier-free toilet in the outdoor area.
Our environment is virtually free of radiation, but if you still need Wi-Fi, we can offer you our own plug to secure you here on site reception.
Our infrared cabin can be used on request on the spot for personal relaxation. If you like traveling with little luggage, you can also use our washing machine and dryer if necessary.
Our seminar room in the adjoining building is currently being expanded and extended so that we can offer you even more space and space for your personal development. In our calendar of events you will find the current dates and we look forward to combining your holidays with personal development.

Ossiach Lake Trail
Once around Lake Ossiach
This route is incredibly beautiful, but also incredibly exhausting. So a tip right away: The hike can also be divided into two days. One day the north bank, then the south bank. We return to the starting point by boat. Start is in Annenheim. We walk in the direction of the Gerlitzen Kanzelbahn and then uphill to Sattendorf.
As a diligent task we make a detour to the Finsterbach waterfalls. Back on the path, it's a little steeper to the Gerlitzen Bergstraße and on path no. 3 in the direction of Winkl Ossiachberg. A refreshment in Kathrin's Buschenschank gives you strength for the stretch uphill towards Golk.
Via hiking trail no. 41 we come to the Steindorfer waterfall and then it is only a short distance to the shipping pier in Steindorf. Here you have the option of going back by boat. But we continue hiking and follow the dam path through the nature reserve Bleistätter Moor to Alt-Ossiach. In the nature reserve, the moor towers offer a breathtaking view over the surrounding landscape. Via the forest promenade we reach the entrance to the gorge path, which, as part of the Alpe-Adria-Trail, leads steeply uphill to the Tauernteich. Via Obersakoparnig and Oberwinklern we follow the course of the Ossiacher Tauern to the Jungfernsprung and on to the ruins of Landskron Castle. The last part follows along the west bank in a northerly direction and back to Annenheim.
Ossiach Abbey
Chris' Alpe-Adria-Trail hike started at Ossiacher See with a wonderful view of Ossiach Abbey.
Tauern pond
The Tauern Teich is a very special place high above Lake Ossiach. In the immediate vicinity is the Jungfernsprung, a great vantage point with a wonderful view of Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Alpe.
Sternberg
From the small church on Sternberg near Wernberg you have a wonderful view over the entire region.
Lake Faak
Caribbean flair in the middle of the Alps, a dip in the turquoise blue water is the perfect refreshment during the hike.

A breathtaking view of the region and Lake Faak.
Double room "Peace & Calming"
All rooms are on the first floor of our modernly restored 500-year-old Carinthian farm! The double room "Peace & Calming" in the northeast of the house offers you a double bed, a desk and a beautiful east-facing balcony to enjoy the sun before breakfast.
Single or double room "Joy"
"Joy" in the southeast of the house can be booked with 2 single beds OR with a double bed. Here you have a wonderful view towards sunrise and also access to our spacious east-facing balcony.
“Inner Child” double or family room
"Inner Child" in the south of the house has a double bed made of stone pine, a wonderful view towards the Karawanken and is happily revived by our external trainers! By the way: If desired, "Inner Child" can also be booked with an additional single bed as a "family room"!
Shutran single or double room
"Shutran" in the south of the house with a beautiful south-facing balcony is equipped with 2 single beds. From the sunny south-facing balcony you also have a wonderful panoramic view of the Karawanken.
