The Alpenrose Refuge (1.304m) is located in the town of Carcoforo in the Alta Valsesia Natural Park, more precisely in Val d'Egua, whose name is proper to the stream that runs alongside it.

For true trekking enthusiasts there is a path that starts from the town of Carcoforo arriving in Alagna, at the foot of Monte Rosa in the beautiful Valsesia.
